The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We are not responsible for any interruptions to third-party platform services (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) that may affect our transcript extraction capabilities.

In no event shall Transcriby.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
